And a couple from when we went up Grouse Mountain -- not the best as it was sunset so there wasn't much light. They had a skating rink at the top where some little kids were playing hockey, heh. (Btw, there was no snow on the ground in the city):

Oh, and:

Hey, hey, mountains! How'd ya know I wanted to see those? :D
Those are definitely some fine-looking humpy-bumps. Thank you, ma'am.

Morning Olivia.
Snow and duck butts - who could ask for more. :)
Wonderful pictures Olivia. When you click on them though, they send you to the flikr site and asks you to join.
Morning Andi.
:)
Morning FM.
Should be all fixed now. If not let me know.
:)
Wow. One look at those and my brain tossed up the chorus from that old Berlin song:
Take my breath away...
What a gorgeous city it is.
I had a friend in Denver who was terrified of driving in the mountains. She called them, "Those ominous bumpy things."
Hooray for duck butt!
So the light was a little low: it added a nice touch to everything. Looks like a fun trip; I've always wanted to tour Canada & especially Vancouver.
Thanks Olivia. You've got to be able to get those close ups to appreciate a ducks butt, and for that matter a sloth's butt too. :)
Morning Olivia and All,
Beautiful collection of photos. Has a very familiar look to them. Heh! It's really fascinating for an Ohio girl to watch the major effect that altitude has on weather (and precipitation) out here. The mountains that I see and slowly getting white also. Cool!
Olivia,
The ski slopes of Grouse mnt. is where I saw the torch light parade coming down, from in the city.
This is a good brochure set for a beautiful city. Nice set.
What a wonderful collection, Olivia! These are really wonderful. I especially like the upper right photo and the city lights. And then there's that duck butt. That is a duck, right? ;-)
Wonderful set of shots Olivia. Looks like you had some great fun whilst you were at it.
My mind drifted a bit at the title... but ah... it drifted back to sensibility... almost immediately;)
